Revoke a public link
The revoked link no longer authorizes connection access.
Before you start
- Sign in with access to the page and instance. Changes require a role other than read-only.
Step by step
Open the instance’s Public Link dialog.
Check the link under Active links.
Click the row’s Revoke trash icon.
Check the updated list.
Check your result
The revoked link no longer authorizes connection access.
What you need to know
- Revoking a link does not disconnect WhatsApp.
- The trash icon revokes directly without a second confirmation. Some failures are not displayed; confirm that the row disappeared.
