Add files, images and videos to a conversation

Step by step

   Open the conversation in Chat or Hub and click the paperclip to select files.

   You can also drag files into the conversation area or paste an image or video into the field.

   Review the items in the tray. Use + to add files without replacing earlier ones.

4. 4

   Review attachments and captions before clicking Send.

What you need to know

• The tray accepts up to 30 files per batch and reports ignored excess items.
• Pasting files in the field handles images and videos. Use the paperclip or drag other documents.
• Accepted sending formats and sizes depend on the channel. Appearing in the tray does not guarantee delivery.
