Record audio for a quick reply
The recorded audio is attached to the saved quick reply.
Before you start
- Access to the Quick Replies page.
- To save or delete, team members also need Hub permission under the current account configuration.
Step by step
In the reply form, select Record audio and allow browser microphone access.
Record and watch the elapsed time.
Select Stop and use to finish recording and upload the file, or Cancel to discard it.
Listen to the preview, remove the audio if you need to record again, and save the reply.
Check your result
The recorded audio is attached to the saved quick reply.
What you need to know
- Stopping recording in this form uploads it to the reply; it does not send audio to a conversation. Sending happens when using the quick reply in the composer.
