Manage quick replies without leaving Hub

Step by step

   Open the manager using the quick reply lightning icon available in Hub.

   Select New to create a reply or an item's pencil icon to edit it.

   Fill in the shortcut, title, optional category and text or media; confirm and check the item in the list.

   To delete, select the trash icon and confirm by selecting the highlighted trash icon again.

   Select Cancel to leave the form or X to close the manager.

What you need to know

• The manager groups by category and sorts by usage count. The Quick replies page provides dedicated search and previews.
• The management button may be hidden on small screens; use the Quick replies page from the menu.
• The form closes without waiting for an effective API confirmation. Check the item after refreshing the page, preserving any draft first. Clearing an existing category field does not guarantee removing it; this limitation also applies in this manager.
