Pin or unpin a conversation
The conversation joins the number's pinned conversations or returns to normal order.
Step by step
In Chat or Hub, open the conversation header options and choose Pin. In the Chat list, the Pin button also appears when hovering over a contact outside Archived.
Check the pin icon and position at the top of the list.
To undo, open the menu and choose Unpin.
Check your result
The conversation joins the number's pinned conversations or returns to normal order.
What you need to know
- The limit is five pinned conversations per number. Unpin one before pinning another if you reach the limit.
- Mirroring this action to the phone depends on that number's sync configuration.
