Add or move a contact in a pipeline from Hub
The contact is added to the pipeline or its open deal is updated.
Step by step
Open an individual conversation's details and select Pipeline.
Choose the pipeline and stage; enter a value if needed.
Review the stage of any existing deal before confirming.
Confirm to save or select Cancel to leave without applying.
Check your result
The contact is added to the pipeline or its open deal is updated.
What you need to know
- This action is not shown for WhatsApp groups. An existing open deal may be moved instead of duplicated.
