View a contact's name and phone

Step by step

1. 1

   Open an individual conversation in Chat or Hub.

2. 2

   Select the name or avatar in the header to open contact details.

3. 3

   Check the name and available phone number; select Close to return.

What you need to know

• If the identifier has not been resolved, the dialog reports that the phone number is unavailable. This dialog does not edit the contact.
