Delete a quick reply
The deleted reply no longer appears in the manager.
Before you start
- Access to the Quick Replies page.
- To save or delete, team members also need Hub permission under the current account configuration.
Step by step
Find the reply and select its trash icon.
Make sure you clicked the trash icon on the correct reply before continuing. In the dialog, use Delete to confirm or Cancel to keep it.
Wait for the list to refresh and check that the item was removed.
Check your result
The deleted reply no longer appears in the manager.
What you need to know
- This flow has no restore option. Deleting a quick reply does not delete previously sent messages.
- The confirmation does not show the reply title and reuses text that mentions an instance. This screen deletes the selected quick reply.
- The dialog can close even if deletion fails. Refresh the list and check that the reply is actually gone.
