Send contact cards through a conversation
The selected cards are sent to the open conversation.
Before you start
- A WhatsApp conversation ready to send and contacts with valid phone numbers.
Step by step
Open the WhatsApp conversation and click the send-contact icon.
Search names or phones in recent conversations and contacts.
Select the contacts to share and remove selections with X when needed.
Review the selected contacts and click Send.
Check your result
The selected cards are sent to the open conversation.
What you need to know
- The selector allows up to five contacts per send and excludes groups.
- This flow handles QR-based and official-API WhatsApp; do not treat the button as confirmation of support on Instagram or Facebook.
- Close the picker with X to stop before confirming contact-card sending.
