Search a message or date range in a Hub conversation

Step by step

   Open the Hub conversation and click the header search icon.

   Enter at least two characters or choose a date range.

3. 3

   Use the arrows to move through matching messages.

4. 4

   Close with X to clear the term and date range.

What you need to know

• In this implementation, Hub loads up to 50 internal search results. Refine the date range or use Chat, which provides Load more results.
