Select a date range in message search

Step by step

1. 1

   Open search inside a conversation in Chat or Hub and select the calendar.

   Choose Today, Yesterday, This week, Last 7, 14 or 30 days, This month or Last month.

   For a custom range, choose the start and end dates in the calendar; use arrows to change months.

   Review the range and select Apply. To filter a single day, select that date and apply.

5. 5

   Select All time and apply to remove the date limits, or Cancel to leave without changing the filter.

What you need to know

• Last 7, 14 and 30 days end yesterday and do not include today. This week starts on Monday.
• Dates are chosen in the local calendar, and the backend interprets boundaries in the Brasilia time zone.
• You can filter by date only, without a search term. Hub loads up to 50 results in this search; Chat offers loading more.
