Interpret sending indicators

Step by step

1. 1

   Check the icon beside the time of an outgoing message.

   One check indicates sent; two checks indicate delivered; two blue checks indicate a read receipt received by the system.

3. 3

   A red X indicates failure. In Hub, read the displayed reason when available.

4. 4

   Before sending again, check the history to avoid duplicate messages.

What you need to know

• Indicators depend on events received from the channel. A missing read receipt does not prove that the person has not read the message.
