Archive, view and unarchive conversations
The conversation moves between normal and archived lists while preserving history.
Step by step
Open the conversation menu in Chat or Hub and choose Archive.
Click Archived to view conversations removed from the normal list.
Open or locate the archived conversation and use Unarchive to bring it back.
Use Back or the Archived control to return to the normal list.

What you need to know
- A new message does not automatically unarchive the conversation in this implementation.
- Archiving differs from resolving and blocking. The action applies to Chat and Hub; phone synchronization depends on the number's configuration.
