Write and send a text message
The message is sent through the conversation's number when the channel accepts the operation.
Before you start
- An open conversation on a connection available for sending.
Step by step
Open the conversation and check the recipient and sending number.
Write the message in the bottom field.
On a physical keyboard, Enter sends and Shift+Enter inserts a new line. On a touch phone, Enter inserts a new line.
Click Send and check the message and its indicator in history.
Check your result
The message is sent through the conversation's number when the channel accepts the operation.
What you need to know
- If the field clears but the message does not appear, check the connection and history before trying again.
- On the official API, follow the approved-template notice and any channel rejection.
