Read conversation list indicators
You interpret the conversation context before replying.
Step by step
In the list, check the last message preview, time and unread count.
Look for pinned, archived, mention, label and assignee indicators when present.
In Hub, check the status and number shown in the header; Typing appears when a typing event is received.
When available, the AI badge and Inspector indicator show the state received from those features.
