Save and view internal Hub notes
A server-confirmed note is recorded in the conversation and can be viewed again.
Step by step
Open an existing Hub conversation and go to Notes in its details.
Wait for loading and view notes with author and date. If loading fails, use Retry.
Enter a nonempty note and submit with Save note or Enter. Wait for confirmation before switching conversations.
If saving fails, keep the text in the field and retry after resolving the connection. Check the note in the list after saving.
Check your result
A server-confirmed note is recorded in the conversation and can be viewed again.
What you need to know
- Notes are internal; this action does not send a message to the contact.
- A new contact without a persisted conversation cannot receive notes. Wait for the conversation to exist before using this field.
