Open links and copy a PIX code from a message
Open an address or copy the code recognized in the text.
Before you start
- A message containing a recognized link or PIX code, open in Chat or Hub.
Step by step
Click the highlighted message link to open it in another tab.
To copy a recognized PIX code, click the underlined code; when it has keyboard focus, press Enter or space.
Check the copy notice and paste at the destination to confirm the content.
Check your result
The link opens in another tab or the code reaches the clipboard when the browser permits copying.
What you need to know
- Copying the code does not make a payment or verify its validity or recipient.
- Recognition applies to a PIX payload in text; it does not read QR codes in images or recognize every PIX key.
- If clipboard access is denied, the component may not show an error. Absence of a notice does not confirm copying.
