Use media quick replies in Chat and Hub

Step by step

1. 1

   Check the conversation, number and media type before selecting a quick reply.

   In Chat, an image or video reply goes to the attachment tray: review the caption and select Send.

3. 3

   In Hub, selecting an image or video reply immediately starts sending it with the text as its caption.

4. 4

   For audio, selection immediately starts sending in both screens; text remains in the field for review and separate sending.

5. 5

   Check the message in history and its delivery status before selecting it again.

What you need to know

• If the file cannot be retrieved, the flow may insert only the text. Check the history; the usage counter does not prove delivery.
