Find a conversation by name, number or message
You locate the conversation or matching message.
Step by step
Choose the number or group in Chat or Hub.
Enter the name or phone in Search above the list.
To search message content, enter at least two characters and wait for message results.
Click a conversation or matching excerpt to open the history at that point.
Check your result
You locate the conversation or matching message.
What you need to know
- Search uses history available in the system, not messages that have not been imported.
- Also check Archived and the number filter if the conversation does not appear.
