Open contact details or collapse the Hub panel

Step by step

1. 1

   Open the Hub conversation and use the details button to show the side panel.

   Check the name, phone when available, connection number, status and assignee.

3. 3

   On desktop, use the panel collapse/expand control. On mobile, open details using the header button.

4. 4

   Click a contact's header name in Chat or Hub to open the basic details dialog too.

What you need to know

• The side panel organizes service information; the basic dialog is not a name or phone editor.
• The collapsed desktop-panel preference is remembered in the browser.
