Open the audio message in Chat or Hub.
Click Transcribe and wait for the result.
Read the transcription beside the audio and verify important passages by listening.
After the transcription is saved, search its words through message search.

What you need to know
- The service must be configured on the server and able to access the audio file.
- Transcription is requested in Portuguese and runs on demand. A saved transcription is reused.
- Provider or media failures can prevent a result; history does not automatically transcribe every audio.
