Add and remove conversation labels
The conversation is organized by the selected labels.
Step by step
In Hub conversation details, open Labels and click Add.
Choose an available label or enter a new name and confirm.
To remove a conversation label, click its X.
Close the editor and check the displayed labels.

What you need to know
- The list combines catalog labels and the number's WhatsApp Business labels. Only labels existing in WhatsApp Business can mirror to the phone when sync is enabled.
- Entering a label in this panel does not guarantee creating a native WhatsApp Business label.
- Removing a conversation label is not deleting its name from the entire catalog.
- In the new-name field, Enter also confirms the addition; the adjacent button performs the same action.
