Scroll upward to load older messages.
Use the jump-to-bottom button to return to recent messages.
On mobile, use the header back arrow to return to the conversation list.

What you need to know
- Messages load in batches. Drafts and attachments are not a persistent draft inbox across conversations; finish or discard them before switching.
- When switching Hub conversations, text, the quoted reply and edit mode are cleared. An idle attachment tray is also cleared; a queue that has already started sending remains tied to the original conversation. Loading switches to the chosen conversation history, which is marked as read.
