Mark a conversation as unread

Step by step

1. 1

   In Chat, hover over a read conversation in the normal list and find Mark as unread. In Hub, open the header options.

   Choose Mark as unread.

3. 3

   Check the unread indicator in the list.

What you need to know

• The open conversation closes so it is not immediately marked as read again.
• Reopening marks it read again. Phone mirroring depends on sync configuration.
