Export conversation history as text or a ZIP with media
You download a file generated from stored history, including messages beyond those loaded on screen.
Step by step
Open the conversation in Chat or Hub and choose Export conversation in its header menu.
Choose text only or with media.
Enable or disable audio transcription as needed.
Start export and follow progress until completion.
Click Save/Download to receive the TXT or ZIP through your browser.

You download a file generated from stored history, including messages beyond those loaded on screen.
What you need to know
- The implemented limit is two simultaneous exports per account. Each job has a maximum duration of 40 minutes.
- The ZIP includes up to 1,500 media files; items beyond the limit are represented in text. Up to 300 new transcriptions are processed per export, in addition to available ones.
- Files unavailable at their source may be missing. The generated file has a 24-hour server validity; save it after completion.
- Export does not restore messages that never entered the system.
- Before starting, Cancel closes the dialog without creating an export. While processing, the dialog prevents closing through this control; after completion, use Close.
