   Open Chat to read and reply to conversations for the selected number.

   Open Hub to work with conversations and the assignee, labels and status panel.

   Check the number shown for the conversation before sending a message.

What you need to know

• The screens share history but do not offer exactly the same actions. Chat sends reactions; Hub adds service organization.
