Find and refresh quick replies
The list shows quick replies matching your filters.
Before you start
- Access to the Quick Replies page.
Step by step
Open Quick replies from the menu.
Search by shortcut, title, text or category.
Select a category to narrow the results; select All or the same category again to clear the filter.
Use Refresh to load the latest saved data.
Check your result
The list shows quick replies matching your filters.
What you need to know
- Replies are grouped by category and sorted by their usage counter. The counter increments when a reply is selected in the composer, not when delivery is confirmed.
- Quick replies are team shortcuts; they are not Meta-approved templates for the official API.
