Open and download images, videos and documents

Step by step

   Open the media message in Chat or Hub and wait for it to load.

   Click an image to enlarge it; click outside the enlarged image to close it.

   Use video controls to play or pause.

4. 4

   Use the download icon on loaded media, or the document link, to save through the browser.

5. 5

   If loading fails and a retry control is offered, use it to load again.

What you need to know

• Some files received as documents are displayed as video or image when their format is recognized; use download if playback is incompatible.
• Received stickers display when their content is available. This screen does not offer a sticker creation library.
• Media removed, expired or unavailable at its source may not open even if its message remains in history.
