Insert a text quick reply into a conversation
The reply content replaces the command and stays in the draft.
Step by step
In the Chat or Hub message field, type / and part of the shortcut or title.
Select the reply, or use arrow keys to navigate and Enter or Tab to choose it.
Review and personalize the inserted text before selecting Send.
Use Esc to close the suggestions without selecting a reply.

What you need to know
- This procedure describes text-only replies. Replies containing media have different sending behavior.
- Shortcuts load when the screen opens; if a reply created in another tab is missing, preserve your draft and reload the screen.
