Forward messages to other conversations

Step by step

   In Chat or Hub, choose Forward in a message menu.

   Select more messages if needed and click the forwarding arrow in the bar.

   Search destination contacts or groups and select up to five.

4. 4

   Check the destinations, remove unwanted choices with X and confirm sending.

5. 5

   Check the final notice; a failure may mean only some items were sent.

What you need to know

• Destinations belong to the same number; this dialog does not switch the sending connection.
• Media must still be available to download. Special types without dedicated handling may become text only; this is not a full copy of all metadata.
• After a partial failure, check destinations before retrying to avoid duplicating items already sent.
• Close the destination picker with X to return to the conversation without confirming a new forward.
